Official Rules

By participating in any promotion offered by The Grounded Life, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all applicable promotion terms.

This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except residents of Florida and New York. Void where prohibited by law.

Eligibility

Promotions offered by The Grounded Life are intended for individuals located within the contiguous United States. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories or islands may not be eligible for vehicle transportation, prize delivery, or participation unless otherwise expressly stated by The Grounded Life.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are legally able to receive, possess, register, and insure any prize awarded.

Participants under the age of 18 may be required to have a parent or legal guardian complete prize claim documents, title transfer documents, liability releases, or any other required paperwork before a prize can be awarded.

The Grounded Life reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any entrant prior to awarding a prize.

Winner Selection

Winners are selected through The Grounded Life’s sweepstakes software and announced live on the date and time specified for each promotion. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

 

Winner Notification

Winners are contacted using the phone number and/or email address provided during entry. It is the participant’s responsibility to provide accurate and current contact information.

All winners are subject to verification prior to receiving a prize. The Grounded Life reserves the right to request identification and supporting documentation necessary to verify a winner’s identity and eligibility.

 

Prize Acceptance

By accepting a prize, winners agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, title requirements, registration requirements, and insurance requirements associated with ownership and use of the prize.

 

Cash Alternative

If a cash alternative is offered for a specific promotion, the winner may choose between the advertised prize and the advertised cash alternative. Cash alternatives are only available when specifically stated in the applicable promotion.

 

Taxes and Fees

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, local, or other taxes, registration fees, title fees, insurance costs, licensing fees, and any other expenses associated with accepting or owning a prize unless otherwise expressly stated.

 

Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winners grant The Grounded Life permission to use their name, city, photographs, videos, and prize claim footage for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes where permitted by law without additional compensation.

 

Disqualification

The Grounded Life reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information, attempts to manipulate the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or engages in conduct deemed fraudulent or harmful to the integrity of the promotion.

 

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless The Grounded Life, its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in a promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

 

Modification or Termination

The Grounded Life reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or terminate any promotion at its sole discretion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the integrity, security, administration, or operation of the promotion.

 

Final Decisions

All decisions made by The Grounded Life regarding eligibility, winner verification, prize fulfillment, interpretation of these Official Rules, and all promotion-related matters are final and binding.
